All dance classes start with a half hour warm-up on the floor. The warm-ups are based on principles of the Feldenkrais Method®. The focus is on improving alignment, mobility and flow and grace of movement.
A zoom lesson is live. You will see me and I will be able to see you. We will be able to speak to each other. Half an hour before the lesson starts I will send an invite to the zoom ‘meeting’ via email. You click the link. You know you are in the ‘meeting’ once you can see my living room. This allows me to observe everyone and adjust my teaching accordingly and also give personal feedback if needed.
